So here we go. Daygame Hands down, the two best daygamers out there. Do yourself a favor and check out their stuff – most of it is free. Nick Krauser Tom Torero Both of them have excellent YouTube channels, which you can find here and here. It’s only 5 hours by bus from Munich, the bus costs almost nothing and Airbnbs are cheap too. In return you get a beautiful, somewhat gloomy city (especially in the winter) with a very cultural vibe. There is always something going on: a jazz festival, a cool exhibition or just a crazy night at Harley’s, my favorite biker bar in the world. Not to mention the girls… Granted, Prague is not Kiev, but it’s definitely a step up from Munich – actually, make that 2 or 3 steps. The girls are already somewhat Eastern European looking, which I love; plus, there are lots of Russians living there, my favorite type of Eastern European girl. They tend to dress very feminine, lots of high heels (woohoo!) and generally speak good English too. What’s there not to love? Here, the daygame can become as much of a chore as the studying: I just don’t like German girls, for the most part. Too plain, too masculine acting, and too boring. There are of course some very pleasant exceptions, but the aforementioned tendencies are definitely there. So imagine my delight when I was strolling down the street last week and saw a complete, utter stunner of an exotic girl walking by me. I try to avoid the number system, as it is highly subjective anyways, but let me put it like this: I’m out on the streets EVERY day – and I maybe see a girl like this once a month here in Germany. Maybe. She is tall, slender, dressed all in black designer clothes and of course wearing outrageous high heels – my type down to a T. Her face and her hair are so beautiful; for once, I’m glad I’m recording the set. I want to explain to myself what is working and more importantly, what is not. From my experience, forcing yourself to write this stuff down is still the best way to do this. Okay, so what have I been doing? Continue reading → Posted on February 3, 2016June 23, 2016 by Nicholas Drillman Posted in Uncategorized Leave a comment “First” Post Inspired by Krauser’s recent post “The Player’s Journey Blog“, I decided to get with the program and revive my own daygame blog. The idea from now on is to really chronicle my daygame development, focusing on sticking points and fuck-ups in order to eventually overcome them. I did this once in the past for a 30-day-challenge type of thing and it was very helpful, much more so than my other attempts at writing a pick-up related blog. In the most recent case, I ended up writing about too many other things besides pick-up and as a byproduct, gave in to the temptation of telling non-pick-up people about the blog. Big mistake. It’s much harder to admit to your daygame worries and fiascos when you know your non-pick-up colleagues and friends are reading your blog as well. Continue reading → Posted on January 30, 2016June 23, 2016 by Nicholas Drillman Posted in Uncategorized 1 Comment “All Game is Inner Game” is Crap I’ve never been a huge fan of inner game — for several reasons. First of all, way too many people take inner game as an excuse to act passively. Instead of approaching, they sit at home reading Eckhart Tolle and doing their chakra meditations, fooling themselves into thinking they are actually making progress with Pick Up. I understand where this comes from: Reading a book on the couch is easy and comfortable, while talking to strangers on the street is a high-stress situation. People being people, they take the easy way out, even if that road leads to nowhere. If you want to become good at game, you basically have two options — at least according to current Pick Up doctrine: You can either become a clown or a cowboy. Always interested in seeing how other PUAs do their spiel, I take a second glance and suddenly stop dead in my tracks: “Wait a minute — I know this guy. That’s Krauser!” That, my friends, is the beauty of YouTube. You recognize people you’ve never even met. I’d been thinking about doing so for years, and had even tinkered around with it occasionally. My first try was with one of those cheap Chinese spy cameras from Amazon, but the quality was so abysmal that I threw the thing away after only a few unsuccessful sessions. It was the Blair Witch Project all over again — completely distorted footage with terrible audio. Needless to say, I abandoned the idea for awhile. Continue reading → Posted on August 2, 2015June 23, 2016 by Nicholas Drillman Posted in Pick Up and Dating 1 Comment The 3 Stages of Learning Pick Up In my opinion, there are 3 stages to becoming good at Pick Up. Understanding these stages is vitally important to assess where you currently are and where you still need to go. These 3 stages are: 1. The anxiety stage 2. The shot gun stage 3. The cherry picking stage Let’s look at these 3 stages in turn.
